What happens in a coaching session?

Each session is a supportive, structured conversation designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. We'll explore what's currently coming up for you, identify any blocks or patterns you're ready to shift, and use techniques like NLP and neuro-somatic tools to create real internal change. Every session has a purpose, but there's also space for what you're genuinely experiencing in the moment.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is future-focused and outcome-driven. We work together to create new habits, patterns, and ways of thinking that support the person you're becoming. Therapy can be a long-term journey to heal emotional wounds; coaching helps you build momentum, make empowered decisions, and create tangible changes in your life. Both are valuable, just in different ways.

Is coaching right for me?

Coaching is a great fit if you're ready to make a change, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, unmotivated, or unsure where to start. If you want support in breaking habits, building confidence, releasing doubt, or achieving a specific goal, coaching can help you move forward faster and with more alignment. You don't need to “have it all figured out” before starting—just a willingness to grow.

How long are the programs?

I offer different options depending on your goals. For example, the 30-Day Breakthrough Program is a short, results-focused program with weekly sessions. Longer-term programs are also available if you're looking for deeper, ongoing transformation. Each program is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this time, I do not offer payment plans. All programs are paid in full upon registration.

What is NLP and how do you use it?

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a set of tools and techniques designed to shift your thinking patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors at a subconscious level. In simple terms, it helps you rewire unhelpful beliefs and break the automatic habits that keep you stuck. During our work together, I use NLP to help you overcome internal resistance, interrupt old patterns, and build new ways of thinking that support your goals.

What is neuro-somatic coaching?

Neuro-somatic coaching integrates the mind and the body, focusing on how your nervous system influences your emotions, decisions, and reactions. When your nervous system feels overwhelmed or dysregulated, it becomes harder to think clearly or take action, even when you logically know what you want. These tools help bring your system back into alignment so you can feel grounded, calm, and fully resourced as you move toward your goals.

What if I don't know exactly what my goal is?

That's completely okay. Many clients come to me with a sense of “something needs to change,” but they can't quite name what it is yet. Part of our work together is getting clarity—identifying your real goals, understanding what's in the way, and creating a direction that feels aligned and achievable.

What if I'm nervous or new to coaching?

Totally normal, and very common. Coaching is a collaborative process, and my role is to make you feel supported, safe, and understood. You don't need to perform, prove anything, or show up perfectly. Just come as you are. I'll guide you through the process step by step.

How soon can I expect results?

Everyone's journey is different, but clients often notice shifts in perspective, energy, or motivation within the first few sessions. The more open and engaged you are in the process, the faster the transformation tends to happen. My programs are designed to create results, not just conversations.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, all sessions are currently held virtually, making it easy and accessible no matter where you are. In-person sessions will be available in the future for clients located in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).
